Cleaning and Inspection - For sheet glass of the highest quality standards, Coresix has developed a process for edging, cleaning and inspecting the sheet while maintaining the stock surface quality. Our newest Ultrasonic Wash Line is designed for panels up to 600mm and feeds directly into a class 100 clean room. Under various light conditions, the product can be inspected to a 20/10 Scratch & Dig or 10K Lux quality level.

Packaging - To maintain the necessary surface quality and cleanliness, Coresix has designed a non-contact packaging system for large format sheet glass. When boxed and palletized, this system is extremely effective in minimizing the generation of particulate and preventing damage to the glass. For less critical quality and cleanliness, we offer alternate packaging methods including boxes and crates with tissue or paper interleaf.
